‘Het ABC van’ is a visual research project about the evolution in print technology in relation to how it affected graphic design. It started out of an interest in the history of my family, which has been active in the printing industry for more than four generations and has witnessed the evolution of printing. Every poster represents the family member who ran the family business at that time, with the corresponding printing technique that was common then. (thesis, 2021)
